Barbados Villa Services (BVS) is a boutique, family-run business with deep roots in the island and a long-standing love for the west coast. Founded in 1997 by Marilil and Joseph Troulan, it all began with a simple favor—renovating and managing a friend’s villa at Glitter Bay. That one project sparked something special. Today, we’re proud to be the leading rental and management team at Glitter Bay, now trusted with 25 units within the development.

What started small has grown organically—one relationship, one referral at a time. We now manage over 50 properties across Barbados’ Platinum Coast, offering full-service villa rentals, management, and ownership support. From garden care to guest concierge, every detail matters. It’s what makes us who we are.

We’re proud members of the Barbados Hotel and Tourism Association (BHTA), and proud to still be doing what we love—offering a standard of service that feels personal, seamless, and a little like home.
